He works with some of the top chefs in the city and has a year long waitlist for new customers. Spend the afternoon with this local business owner and listen to him talk about practicing the dark arts of sharpness. Bring your questions and enjoy a short tutorial on knife sharpening at the end.
Steve Pellegrino is a designer by training from the School of Visual Arts in New York and a self taught Bladesmith who aims to bring a new perspective to culinary cutlery.
